FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: in order to reproduce malignant tumours for testing of different methods of treatment and medicines for prevention of malignant tumours of connective tissues - fibrosarcomas, osteosarcomas, chondrosarcomas, immobilised on bio-degraded carrier obtained from these mice during culturing multi-potent mesenchymal stromal cells with chromosomal mutations were hypodermally implanted to mice of C57B1/6 line.;EFFECT: method allows to obtain malignant tumour of connective tissue genesis without inoculation from one animal to another; prevents premature eliminations of transplanted viable cells by immune system of recipient, is safe for researcher.;5 dwg, 1 tbl, 1 ex
