METHOD OF PREDICTING INTRAOPERATIONAL NASAL HEMORRHAGES

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology. Before surgery in patient's nasal cavity type of skull construction is determined by head index. If it corresponds to brachycephaly, hemorrhage from posterior parts of nasal cavity is predicted; in case of dolichocephaly - hemorrhage from anterior parts of nasal cavity or ethmoidal labyrinth, and in case of mesocephaly - possibility of hemorrhage from both anterior and posterior parts of nasal cavity.;EFFECT: method allows to reduce frequency and expression of intra- and post-operative nasal hemorrhages.;2 dwg, 1 ex
