FIELD: physics, radio.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering. The apparatus has sixteen optimal receivers OP_i,j, which detect the i-th type signal on the background of j-th type noise, where i, j=1, … , 4, in accordance with the required number of analysed distributions: 1) Gaussian, 2) Weibull, 3) logarithmically normal distribution. 4) m-type; a resolver which is designed to select the greatest of the signals corresponding to logarithms of likelyhood ratios and a unit for full resolution of the reflected multibeam signal.;EFFECT: solving the problem of multi-alternative detection and evaluation of low-altitude targets on the background of noise and in multibeam conditions.;1 dwg
