Osteotomy is carried out by gashing ends of distal and proximal fragments on anterior-medial surface of femoral bone in longitudinal direction not more than 3 cm long and 0.2-0.5 cm deep with passage of osteotomy line through zone of fracture and false joint. Reposition of femoral bone fragments with restoration of cervico-diaphyseal angle 135°. After that canal is formed with opening of fracture and false joint zone under cervico-dyaphyseal angle 135° through fragments of femoral bone, zone of fracture and false joint.
