FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disposable absorbing products in form of underpants, used in case of incontinence, and can be used in caring for a child, ill person, disabled person. Absorbing product of underpants type has zone (3) with core, which contains absorbing core (2), and base zone (4), surrounding zone with core, base zone contains anterior, posterior and belt zones (5, 6 and 7). Zone with core is located, at least, in perineal part (19) of product; liquid-proof posterior sheet (9) is located, at least, in zone (3) with core from absorbing core (2) side, which faces clothes item, and liquid-permeable upper sheet (8) is located, at least, in zone (3) with core from user-facing side of absorbing core (2). Product, at least, in part of base zone (4) contains covering sheet (10) in form of elastic laminated plastic 10, which forms single component of base zone (4) on, at least, 20% of total product surface area (1), said elastic laminated plastic having tensile strength, constituting, at least, 15 H/25 mm both in longitudinal (y) and in transversal (x) product direction, and tensile strength in transversal direction (x) of product, which is not more than 2.5 times and preferably not more than 2 times higher than tensile strength in longitudinal direction (y) of product.
