METHOD OF TRAINING MUCOPERIOSTEAL FLAP FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF PERIODONTAL INFLAMMATORY DISEASES

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for improvement of gum quality before elimination of gum recession in patients with periodontal inflammatory diseases. Punctures in zone of keratinised gum are performed on perimeter and more apically than gum recession by means of needle No 27G - 30G with piercing-cutting tip. Needle is introduced subepithelially into layer of own mucous membrane, where, without bringing needle out, 3-5 microcuts are made for formation of microhematomas in proper mucous layer of fixed gum. Depth of cutting plane location is not less than 0.3-0.5 mm. Length of each microcut constitutes 1-1.5 mm at 2 mm distance from each other. 2 times per day on area of flap preparation applied is composition of the following formulation: preparation "Vetoron"- 10%, base - siliconorganic glycerohydrogel with formulation: Si(C₃H₇O₃)₄·6C₃H₈O₃·24H₂O(AB-I-50) - 90%. Microcuts are performed three times with 7-10 day interval, during entire tome of flap preparation. Said composition is applied on dry gum surface twice a day for 10 minutes.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase gum thickness for preparation for surgical treatment.;3 ex
