FIELD: metallurgy.;SUBSTANCE: alloys can be used for fabrication of components of equipment and heating systems operating under friction conditions and at intensive wear. Here is disclosed wear resistant nano structured alloy on base of nickel of system Ni-Cr-Mo-WC including chromium and molybdenum. Also, alloy additionally contains nano dimension particles of tungsten carbide, of zirconium and cerium at the following ratio of components, wt %: chromium 18.0-40.0, molybdenum 30.0-40.0, cerium 0.6-1.2, zirconium 3.0-5.0, tungsten carbide 6.0-8.0, nickel - the rest; also ratio of chromium and molybdenum sum to nickel is higher or equal to 1.;EFFECT: alloy possesses higher wear resistance which increases service life of items and structures made out of this alloy.;1 tbl
