FIELD: mining.;SUBSTANCE: method to increase energy of acceleration of the main mechanical system as its conservatism is changed, includes development of a rotary flow of a driving crank by the main rotary energy flow of a motor, and it is used to rock a yoke as a striker is cocked, and at the moment of its transition from cocking to acceleration the driving crank rundown takes place at the permanent speed of its rotation. During acceleration the cocking energy is transformed into kinetic energy of the striker, a movable jaw, with the permanent angle of the yoke opening φ=90° and corresponding limit ratio of the yoke equal to four. Besides, an energy lever is applied with a support in the form of a cumulative point formed in the beginning of acceleration or on its trajectory with complete separation of energy flows of cocking and acceleration with their necessary stop at this moment and the necessary change of origin of accelerating external flow or the necessary reversing of the cocking flow, and the conservative force is transformed into the active force, equal to the value of the linear or angular coordinate of the system movement in process of acceleration, therefore, the force and energy of the cumulative point increases by this value, and the acceleration energy becomes always higher than the cocking energy.;EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase extent of grinding, quality of product, efficiency of damage, to reduce wear of expensive boards and therefore their costs and to simplify plant design.;3 cl, 4 dwg
