FIELD: metallurgy.;SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in preparation of water solution of anodic coating containing phosphorus containing acid and/or salt and one component or more chosen from group of complex water solvent or water dispersed fluorides, oxy-fluorides of elements chosen from Ti, Zr, Hf, Sn, AI, Ge and B and their mixtures; in arrangement of cathode and item out of aluminium, aluminium alloy, titanium or titanium alloy as anode in said solution, and in transmitting direct or alternate current through said solution to form protective coating. A production item consists of substrate with at least one surface containing sufficient amount of aluminium and/or titanium to function as anode at peak voltage of at least 300 V, of a protective layer mainly containing at least one oxide of elements chosen from group consisting of Ti, Zr, Hf, Ge, B and their mixtures and connected with said at least one surface. The said protective layer also contains phosphorus at amount as high, as 10%.;EFFECT: production of items resistant to corrosion, heating and abrasive wear of ceramic coating on parts out of aluminium or titanium or their alloys.;52 cl, 5 ex, 3 dwg
