FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery. Affected tissues in acromioclavicular joint are removed. One vertical canal is drilled in each clavicle and acromion. Ribbon loops are passed first through canal in clavicle from bottom upwards with wedging of knot in lower hole of canal, after which ribbon loops are passed through canal in acromion from bottom upwards. Ribbon loops are cut transversally and after clavicle reposition, ribbon ends are tied to each other above acromion in knot, exceeding size of canal in acromion, with wedging it in canal hole. Between joining surfaces of clavicle and acromion placed is transplant from doubled dura matris folded by internal surface. Length of doubled transplant exceeds height of clavicle distal end. In meddle part of doubled transplant formed is hole with possibility of passing through it of ribbon, brought out from canal in clavicle. Ends of transplant are fixed with threads to tissues in wound depth, and, after clavicle reposition, doubled part of transplant is passed to upper edge of clavicle and fixed with threads from long-biodegradable material.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase quality of treatment in case of unreduced dislocation of acromial end of clavicle and restore disturbed joint functions preventing formation of coarse unions between joining clavicle and acromion surfaces.;4 cl, 3 dwg, 1 ex
