FIELD: electricity.;SUBSTANCE: non-linear passive element having inverse dynamic characteristic, frequency-selective element and variable attenuators are introduced to feedback circuit of self-oscillator of chaotic SHF signals; self-oscillator is tuned to generation mode of chaotic SHF signal with power level which is higher than threshold level of non-linear passive element; frequency bandwidth of frequency-selective element is chosen so that suppression level of spectrum components of signal of low power level relative spectrum components of high power level is constant within the whole bandwidth, and following period of chaotic SHF pulses is controlled by the change of attenuation value of attenuators.;EFFECT: generation of periodic sequence of chaotic SHF pulses with controlled value of their following period.;7 dwg
