METHOD OF LARGE INTESTINE RESECTION IN CASE OF SUBTOTAL FORM OF GIRSHPRUNG DISEASE

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery and can be used in treatment of Girshprung disease. For this purpose large intestine is mobilised by ligation and transection of sigmoid, left colon, middle colon and right colon artery. As feeding vessel left is only iliocolic artery. After that transaction of splenocolic, gastrocolic, hepatocolic ligament and longitudinal transaction of parietal peritoneum on external-lateral surface of cecum to the level of iliac intestine entering it. Resection of pathologic section of large intestine within required limits is made with creation of a hole in vessel-free zone of iliac mesentery at the level of iliocecal angle of a hole. The remaining section of intestine is rotated on iliocolic artery for 90 degrees clockwise and brought to perineum through describerd above hole in iliac mesentery, fixing intestine in it with several sutures.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to perform operation in all cases of said form of disease, prevent antiphysiological bend if large intestine in place where ascending part passes into descending part, disturbance of gastrointestinal tract content passage.;1 ex, 3 dwg
