FIELD: transport.;SUBSTANCE: winding machine for production lines for manufacturing polymer film contains several bobbins connected with star-shaped bobbin holder. The holder can rotate around its axis. Bobbins are located around star-shaped holder so that at least the first bobbin is in operational position for film winding into reel. Each bobbin has mandrel carried by rear head which is connected with flange element. The flange element has at least the first and the second notches. When rear heads release from mandrels the flange element can rotate around its axis independently from star-shaped holder so that the first notch approaches the second bobbin without reel, and the second notch - to the third bobbin with film reel. Method for winding machine control includes following operations: installation of the first head carrying core into winding position and film winding around the core at winding speed; b) release of rear heads from mandrels; c) flange element rotation with bringing the first notch to the second bobbin without reel, and the second notch - to the third bobbin with completed reel; d) removal completed reel from the third bobbin and simultaneous installation of new core on the second bobbin; e) flange element rotation with bringing rear heads to mandrels to be connected to them.;EFFECT: solution provides high speed of reels manufacturing and decrease in time needed for their change.;9 cl, 5 dwg
