FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to operative orthopedics. In carrying out posterior-external access to hip joint places of attachment of muscles of group of external rotators are exposed: piriform muscle, both twin muscles, both obturator muscles and quadrate muscles to hip. Separation of their tendons and quadrate muscle itself is performed in place of anatomical attachment to hip together with tendon of internal obturator muscle. Separated ends of tendons of piriform muscle, both twin muscles, both obturator muscles and loose end of quadrate muscle are sewn separately with lavsan threads. After installation of endoprosthesis and elimination of external rotary contracture performed is transposition of separated tendon ends of muscles of group of external hip rotators with tendon of internal obturator muscle and loose and of quadrate muscle onto intertrocanteric crest with their fixation by means of transosteal lavsan sutures within the level of intertrocanteric crest.;EFFECT: method prevents external hip rotation in joint endoprosthetics.;1 ex, 7 dwg
