METHOD TO TEACH LOWER HANDLING IN VOLLEYBALL

FIELD: sports.;SUBSTANCE: method to teach lower handling in volleyball includes simulation of lower handling with one or two hands, ball transfer after throwing by a partner or a trainer, ball transfer above oneself, transfer in pairs. The proposed method differs by the fact that a pad in the form of a rectangular plate is attached to each hand of a trainee, and this pad fixes the elbow joint in process of exercises.;EFFECT: using this invention makes it possible for a volleyball player to achieve proper position of a hand in process of lower handling, due to fixation of an elbow joint with the help of a rectangular plate.;1 dwg
