FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and pharmacy and deals with pharmaceutical device which contains biological materials such as vaccines, which can be stabilised in certain glass-like water-soluble materials. It was suggested to form these glass-like materials in form of powder, suspended on non-water liquid for injection to patient. Glass-like material is placed on porous membrane, separately from eluent.
