METHOD FOR CARRYING OUT AND FIXING OF MINE WORKINGS IN SEVERE MINING AND GEOLOGICAL CONDITIONS

FIELD: mining.;SUBSTANCE: method for carrying out and fixing of mine workings in severe mining and geological conditions involves formation of unloading cavity in front of working face with non-reducible advance and installation of constant support. Two rows of pneumatic bottles with shield are supplied to unloading cavity, compressed air is supplied to pneumatic bottles and shield is lifted to the roof beam level of constant support. After that, shield is laid on constant support frame and the space is created between cavity roof and pneumatic bottles by supplying compressed air to pneumatic bottles. Then, rock is excavated under shield for the pitch of installation of constant support frames, and the first row of pneumatic bottles is unloaded and extracted to fixed part of mine working; after that, constant support frame is installed under shield and space is removed from pneumatic bottles of the second row by releasing compressed air. Pneumatic bottles are removed to fixed part of mine working; then, unloading cavity is made to original depth; after that, operations are repeated.;EFFECT: increasing efficiency and safety of carrying out and fixing of development workings.;5 dwg
