FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: method of low cost production of whole ceramic brick includes plastic forming of a clay bar with formation of longitudinal channels in it, thermal treatment, including drying and baking. At the same time channels are made as temporarily through with minimum area of their cross section, for instance, 7.0 mm², and maximum quantity of channels per product, making, for instance, 276 pieces, determined on the basis of their partial or full closure to the end of thermal treatment, formed by closed partitions in direction perpendicular to channel axis.;EFFECT: reduced labour intensiveness and power inputs for making bricks, improved heat insulation properties of the brick.;2 dwg
