FIELD: oil and gas production.;SUBSTANCE: method involves use of horizontal producers and injection wells and operation of producers with a gas-input factor not exceeding preset values. According to the invention, injection well bores are placed inside an external loop of an oil-water contact, near and parallel thereto. The injection well bores are placed in a flowing oil-saturated portion of the oil rim near a flowing internal loop of a gas-oil contact and parallel thereto. Deep positions of the producers and the injection wells are set from the flowing surfaces of the gas-oil and oil-water contacts, a number of wells, well distances between chinks and well operating practices. A negative effect of blowby from a gas or gas condensate cap on producer characteristics is minimised. That is ensured by observing total decline trend of the reservoir pressure along a line perpendicular to the loops of the gas-oil and oil-water contacts from an external water-saturated formation zone towards gas producers.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of development of oil rims of oil and gas condensate reservoirs in simultaneous or previous gas production from the gas or gas condensate cap.;2 cl, 2 tbl, 5 dwg
