The upper pinion is rigidly connected with a drive wheel (7) that drives a generator (8) or alternator, where the generator or alternator supplies a part of the energy in the battery. A battery (2) stores solar power or wind energy (1), and drives a compressor (3), where heat of the compressor, battery and generator is utilized with a heat exchanger.
