The shoe (1) has a cone- or truncated cone-shaped elastic element (5) integrated into a heel (2), and a sole part (3) and an upper part (4), which are connected with each other. The elastic element is made from cork and/or rubber. A circumferential surface (7) of the elastic element is in stair-like shape. The sole part is padded in a region of a transverse arch, a bale and/or toes of a foot by a pelotte (16) that is made from rubber, India rubber or silicone. An internal lining is made from suede leather, and the sole part and the heel exhibit an outer sole (25) made of rubber.
