The mechanism has a Jupiter ring arranged coaxial to a solar ring (3), and a Jupiter shaft (9) pivoted coaxially to a Jupiter plate (10) of the Jupiter ring. A kinematic link has a sinus wheel (11), a connecting rod and cams for connecting the solar ring, the Jupiter plate and the Jupiter shaft, and creating a sinusoidal oscillation between the Jupiter plate and the Jupiter shaft coaxial to a rotational axis of the Jupiter ring, where amplitude and period of the oscillation depend on orbital characteristics of the Jupiter (J) and the Earth.
