The device has an optional human parameter that is selectively used in addition to the usual units for storing, processing and supply of oxygen for the specific formulation, calibration or regulation of the oxygen supply. The optional human parameter comprises the determination of the arterial oxygen saturation in the blood of the person, particularly in the form of an arbitrary active or passive system for direct or indirect determination of the current oxygen concentration in the blood. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for individual supply of person in aircraft with oxygen; and (2) a retrofit kit for selective retrofitting of aircraft and their equipments.
