The adhesive is polymerized using a UV light source connected to an end of the fiber. A reflective surface is placed on a hypotenuse of the prism, where the reflective surface is a pure gold layer or a dielectric mirror. A protection device (12) is formed of a tube that serves a sleeve and the connector. A space (9) formed by the fiber and the prism is filled with better heat conducting resin (11).
