The boat has a body broadened in the front, and has additional floating bodies in the front on both sides, where two supports are provided on the deck of the boat for feet of the user. The supports are movable along the body of the boat and are connected with a propulsion unit by a mechanical transformation. The supports are provided with two staves for pushing water, where each stave is provided for each hand of the operator. An independent claim is also included for a stave with a handle.
