The device has a disposable plastic semi-case (2) including needles made of plastic such as polycarbonate or PVC. A small protuberance part is provided around the needles to prestress skin of living being against the needles to facilitate a sealing of the needles. Pre-pasted zones are provided around the needles to allow the needles to fix on a body of the living being. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a transcutaneous access device.
