The valve comprises a body with a flat surface (2) with a hole (8) and an elastic part with a central ball (1), two arms (6) and two cylinders (5) at the end of the arms. The ball is supported by the hole and closes the hole at the conical edge (9) such that the over-pressurized gas or liquid inside the container flows across the hole by light deformation of the arms to outside the container. The flat surface is protected by a filter inserted in a base (7) for preventing the entry of dust particles into the valve.
