The method involves providing the volume and the position of the tooth form according to the digital control data. The tooth form or a structure corresponding to the tooth form is produced within the x-ray-transparent material (M1) after measuring the control data by a numerically controllable tool device. The dental molding tool forms a negative form complimentary to a part of mandibular arch with a tooth space and contains the tooth form with an x-ray opaque material at a position corresponding to the tooth space.
