The press has formers (5ab, 5cd, 5ef), and a folding machine including a set of folding cylinders (13, 15, 16). Two parallel turning bars (9, 9.1) are arranged between one of the formers (5ef) and the folding cylinders for lateral shifting of a longitudinally folded paper bundle around a measure X, where the measure X corresponds to a quarter of printing zone width (DZ) of the rotary printing press. A former nose of the formers is shifted in different production positions. A former intake roller is driven by a driving motor. An independent claim is also included for a method for production of an attached printing product with a supplementing, printed advertising or storage medium.
