The transmission has front gear wheels (Z17, Z19) connected with common shafts (1-3) by clutches (Ka1-2, Kb1-2, Kc1-2), where the shafts are arranged in parallel to an axis of speed change segments (SEG.A-SEG.C). Inner spline wheels (Za-Zc) are mounted in a cylindrical body, and switching segments (SEG.UB, SEG.UC) are assigned to the speed change segments. Gear wheels (Z20, Z21) are connectable with the front gear wheels by the clutches to transfer output rotation of the transmission with reverse rotation direction to an axle drive.
