The system has a transmitter network with three pseudo satellites (GS1-GS6) formed within shielded areas (B2, B3), where transmission time points and positions of the satellites are calculated. A receiver has chipsets and modules of mobile telephones (M) for reception and communication of global positioning system (GPS) signals, where the modules of the mobile telephones are connected with transporting goods (G1-G3) during transportation. An application software integrated into the modules of the mobile telephones determines an actual position of the transporting goods.
