The partially open blade system has a rotor blade which consists of a curved complete surface wall shell (1) and a less curved partial surface wall shell (2) of same blade length which converge to a point on the front of the rotor blade. The curvature of the curved complete surface wall shell increases toward the front side of the rotor blade. An intermediate wall (4) is inserted between the two wall shells.
