The active part comprises a sheet stack (4) and a permanent magnet (5,6) which is located in the sheet stack. A clamping element (7) is formed, such that a part of a magnetic flux (10), runs from the permanent magnet to the sheet stack over the clamping element free of air gaps. The clamping element is connected with the sheet stack in one piece. An independent claim is also included for an electric motor with a rotor.
