The head (1) has a set of nozzle rings (5.1, 5.3, 5.5) rotatable around a longitudinal axis of the head and comprising a nozzle (7) with tangential effective direction. Another set of nozzle rings (5.2, 5.4) is arranged between two nozzle rings of the former set, and has a nozzle (9) with radial effective direction, where the latter set of rings is arranged in a torque-proof manner with respect to the longitudinal axis. A control device controls synchronous operation of the two sets of rings, where the head is movable along a longitudinal axis of a filter bag.
