The device has a winch (11) for winding and unwinding a suspension device, and a cylindrical housing (19) fastened to the suspension device. An image detection device is provided at the housing. The housing is driven up and down in an elongated hollow space of component i.e. blades, in a pendulum free manner by a self-stabilizing unit. Three flexible spacers (13) are provided at an outer side of the housing for horizontal positioning and self-stabilizing of the housing in the hollow space. The spacers are operated and controlled in active or passive manner.
