The arrangement (10) has a closed vehicle wing (11) fixed in a wing area at an associated body framework of a vehicle e.g. passenger car. A pneumatic working element (14) e.g. sealing member, is flow-connected with a fluid source. A sealing surface (13') is arranged in the assigned wing area. The sealing surface rests upon at an opposite sealing seat (14') of the working element with the closed vehicle wing, and is pulled by negative pressure of the working element on the sealing seat in a fixed condition.
