The brake has two plungers (6) pressed opposite to a brake pad (2). Rotational axles of an eccentric (5) are formed by rolling bodies that are spaced at distance to each other, where the bodies are mounted in a brake caliper (1) or on the plungers. Regions of the eccentric are supported on a needle bearing that is provided in the plungers during arrangement of the bodies on the brake caliper.
