The system (9) has a mobile roof segment (11) inserted into a roof opening of a structure (2) of a motor vehicle (1) i.e. passenger car. A sealing body is arranged between the roof segment made of glass and a frame area of the structure. The roof segment has a roof segment frame at an inner side that is turned toward a passenger compartment. The sealing body is held in a position at the frame area of the structure limiting the roof segment. Another sealing body lies on a frame section of a roof frame and cooperates with the roof segment frame of the roof segment. The roof segment frame is made of plastic. The sealing body is designed as a hollow body.
