The circuit has a coil provided in a center of a stationary excitation part (ET) and supplying direct current. A magnetized coil side is inserted to produce magnetic alternating field at an air gap (Delta e) relative to a reaction part (RT). An inverter rotor (Re) is guided in center around the coil. A permanent magnet equipped rotor amplifies field between adjacent poles of different polarities. The rotors have a same diameter. A leakage flux for constantly holding coil flux is drawn by selection of a circuit segment angle of the inverter rotor and diametric constriction points at the poles.
