The method involves replicating an effective displacement measuring value when measurement of temporal displacement between production points of data blocks provides an ineffective value. A difference between the effective displacement measuring value and another displacement measuring value is formed on a processor. The data blocks are received between the measurement of the processor, and clock frequency of the processor is adjusted in such a manner that the difference formed on the processor is minimized. Middle running time of the data blocks is determined.
