The surface has a cover (24) including a circular and elliptical-shaped mold and polygon geometry, where the surface of a wooden floor (10) is formed through an upper surface (22) of a base, wall, cover, lining and/or panel and an upper surface of a wooden element of a surface extension. The wooden element consists of massive wood. The surface extension corresponds to a mattress of bed, and the cover is distributed over the surface of the wooden floor, and extends in lengthwise direction from 5 to 30 cm. An independent claim is also included for a method for increasing biophysical effect of wood.
