The module has an intermediate circuit capacitor for smoothing a rectified input alternating voltage. A band conductor (101a) connects the intermediate circuit capacitor and a power semiconductor element. A conductor loop (Ld) and an ohmic resistor (Rd) are coupled to the band conductor in a transformer-like manner. The conductor loop is arranged adjacent to the band conductor such that the conductor loop passes through magnetic field, which is induced by load current (Idc) of the band conductor. The resistor is connected to the conductor loop in series.
