The valve (1) has a valve seat arranged in a valve chamber between an inlet chamber (3) and an outlet chamber (4). A locking spindle is supported in a longitudinal borehole of a regulating spindle. The locking spindle releases or blocks a connection between the valve chamber and the outlet chamber. An indicating pin of a flow rate meter is guided in a movable manner into a guiding sleeve, where the pin passes till into the valve chamber and is visible by an inspection glass. A temperature sensor (15) is attached at a connection opening.
