The transmission has four planetary gear sets (P1-P4) arranged in a housing (G), and a first shaft (4) connected to a ring gear of the second planetary gear set. A drive shaft (1) is connected to a sun gear of the fourth planetary gear set and a web of the third planetary gear set. A second shaft (5) is connected with a third shaft (7) by a clutch (57), and an output shaft is detachably connected with a web of the fourth planetary gear set and a fourth shaft (6) by another clutch (26). The fourth shaft is connected to the ring gear of the third planetary gear set.
