The device (1) has a supporter (2) i.e. supporting frame, provided for holding a bottle rack (4) that is made of plastic material. The rack is made of flat material blank, which is divided into individual areas by cutting and/or thinning of material. The areas form a folding mechanism, via which the rack is conveyed from a flat resting position into a spatial usage position. The material blank comprises an adjusting element, which causes reversible conveying of the folding mechanism between positions by application of the force. The adjusting element is designed as an adjusting strip.
