The material has an elastomer matrix into which filler particles are embedded. The matrix is formed and the fillers are selected and/or modified such that the fillers are chemically bound to the matrix. The matrix consists of resins selected under low-molecular acrylates, low-molecular methacrylates and pre-condensed phenolic resins. The resins are applied on a powdered carrier. The matrix consists of polymers selected from a group consisting of nitrile butadiene rubber, hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and natural rubber, or wastes of indicated polymers.
