The propeller has left and right hollow chamber cylinders (8, 9) maintaining intrinsic rotation of the airfoil-propeller by a gearbox. The cylinders are not supported on left and right cylinder axes (6, 7) and firmly connected with the axes. The axes are rotatably supported in a hub (10), and right and left cylinder bevel gears (19, 20) are attached at inner cylinder axes ends. A cross-section of the cylinders is deviated from a circular shape by protrusions and/or elevations. Ball sections are provided on the cylinders, and a central bevel gear is rotatably supported around the axes.
