The device has a rubber strap (6) and a Y-shaped rubber band (5) surrounding the leg and attached below the knee of user. The rubber band is provided with an arresting device for changing length of the rubber band. The rubber band is connected with a lower side of upper parts of a trouser and a skirt using a trouser carrier clip (2). The rubber strap is provided with Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener) at ends. The rubber band is provided with two head sections staying in connection with the trouser carrier clip that is formed with plastic teeth (3).
