The universal adapter comprises a flexible one-hand-operated 3-dimensional holding and fixation unit for adjustment of an optical recording device with another device for optical display of the objects. The optical display is screwed directly to the device or the optical display is screwed between a base fixing unit and the device for optical display of the objects. An optical recorder is mounted at a head piece of the device.
