Aqueous pharmaceutical preparation (I) comprises: 1-15 mg/ml of at least one aminoglycoside antibiotic; 20-100 mg/ml of gelatin and/or its derivatives and/or a gelatin-like protein or polypeptide; and up to 10 mg/ml of sodium chloride. An independent claim is included for a kit comprising at least a portion that contains aminoglycoside antibiotic and at least one further portion comprising a formulation of gelatin and/or its derivatives and/or a gelatin-like protein or polypeptide and sodium chloride. ACTIVITY : Nephrotropic. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.
